Pulsafeeder—Calibration Column Kits

November 24, 2020 – The Woodlands, TX – Pulsafeeder calibration column kits are designed to enhance the performance of chemical feed systems by providing a verification of the flow rate of your chemical feed pump.  Pulsafeeder metering pump flow rates are very reproducible but calibration columns accurately measure the flow rate with easy to read graduation in both milliliters and gph.

The Pulsafeeder calibration columns are used on the supply side of the pump to permit flow calibration.  Never subject the column to vacuum or pressure.  Fill the cylinder to the top mark then close the valve from the chemical tank. Switch on the chemical feed pump and draw down the chemical in the cylinder for 30 seconds, then switch the pump off.  The reading on the left side of the cylinder is a direct readout of gph or you can observe the volume withdrawn on the ml scale.
