NIBCO—Chemtrol® Model D Ball Valve Rated at 250PSI

October 24, 2023 – The Woodlands, TX – NIBCO, Inc offers the Chemtrol® Model D True Union Ball Valve through 2” port sizes.  The True Union Valve combines the best design features of the current, top-selling Model C with an increased 250 psi rating that now leads the industry. Additional enhancements include:

  • 250 psi rating at 73F—the highest in the industry
  • New ergonomic handle with built in carrier wrench
  • Double O-Ring, blow-out proof stem
  • Same face-to-face length of the Model C valve
  • NSF 61 approved • TruBloc Design
  • Rated for full vacuum service. Materials of construction include heavy-duty EPDM and FKM O-Ring seals for stem, seat carrier and end piece.

Model D valves are available for replacement of Model C valves in sizes 1/2” – 2” diameters for current and future orders. Please contact us for specifications and applications for valves.
