Meunier—New DICE™ ES Dosing Module

February 4, 2021 – The Woodlands, TX – The DICE™ ES Dosing Module integrates all the necessary discharge components required for a typical chemical dosing system.  The significantly reduced number of piping connections is a major benefit as it greatly decreases the leakage potential.  The module allows for better precision and protection in the dosing system with the addition of the pressure gauge and isolator.  This allows the user to accurately adjust the pressure relief and back pressure valves as well as determine key system pressure.

The dosing module overcomes the many fundamental problems of the current piping system design such as: poor quality of the piping connections, many potential leakage points, excessive vibration caused by the pump pulsation (which leads to mechanical fatigue on connections and components).

Integrated Components

• Adjustable pressure relief valve
• Adjustable back pressure valve
• Pressure gauge with isolator
• Bleed Valve

The DICE has the possibility to integrate the module to any volumetric pump.  There are no specific tools required, and mounting bracket and hoses are included.
