DICE™ Dosing Module Lockout Options

October 25, 2022 – The Woodlands, TX – The DICE™ Dosing Module was designed to address the prevailing pain point in the chemical dosing industry—the leaks!

The leaks typically come from threaded, improperly glued joints, or incorrect design of the skid system.  System complexity is another issue addressed by the DICE™ Dosing Module.

The DICE™ DS and DM Dosing Modules are offered with a lockout option.  This option allows any of the ball valves to locked in either the open or closed position. This ensures a safe environment. Insert the provided lockout wire through each handle and confirm that each ball valve is locked.

The DICE™ Dosing Module solution is to take all the essential components in a chemical dosing system and integrate them inside a block.  They eliminated all the threaded and glued connections that features all the system essential needs that allow the right amount of chemical in the process.
