How to Perform a Pump Calibration Using a DICE™ Dosing Module

The block type design allows for a rigid, compact and reliable product.  The significantly reduced number of connections is a major benefit as it greatly decreases leaks.

The importance of the pump calibration is it allows the user to verify the control and accuracy of the chemical feed rates. Calibrating the pump using the DICE™ chemical dosing module DS is a simple and safe procedure that does not require any tools.  A pump calibration can be performed to calibrate the pump with proper operating conditions or troubleshooting.

During the calibration, the dosing pump sees the actual suction pressure and the correct discharge pressure maintained by the back pressure valve.
