DICE™ Dosing Module—How to Install a Pulsation Dampener

August 16, 2022 – The Woodlands, TX – The DICE™ DS and DM Dosing Modules integrates all the necessary discharge components required for a typical chemical dosing system. The block type design allows for a rigid, compact and reliable product.  The significantly reduced number of connections is a major benefit as it greatly decreases leaks.

The DICE™ Dosing Modules are equipped with three ports on the side.  They can be used for secondary pumps or for additional accessories such as a pulsation dampener, pressure transmitter, and more.  The two lower ports are before the back pressure valve and the top port is after the back pressure valve.

When working with the DICE™ Dosing Module, always make there is no pressure or residual chemical inside the module.  Always wear the required personal protective equipment an refer to the DICE DS and DM Installation and Operation Manual for more information.
