Coretec® Pipe, Rod, and Tube Plant Relocating to Athens

December 21, 2023 – The Woodlands, TX – We are excited announce that Mativ (Coretec®) has made the decision to consolidate part of their US manufacturing, which will result in the relocation of the Richland, PA Coretec® Pipe, Rod, and Tube manufacturing facility. The decision follows a comprehensive review of their business strategy and the facility’s long-term viability. This action is necessary to sustain and grow their business while better serving the customers’ overall needs. They remain committed to providing innovative solutions. They will continue to support the needs of their Coretec® customers by moving production and asset lines from Richland to the Athens, GA facility. This move will begin early 2024.
