DICE™ Dosing Module—The Solution for Sodium Hypochlorite

February 28, 2023 – The Woodlands, TX – The DICE™ Dosing Module was designed to address the prevailing pain point in the chemical dosing industry—the leaks!

The occurrence of leaks in dosing systems is a real problem for most customers, especially with applications like NaClO (Sodium Hypochlorite) dosing. The DICE Dosing Module helps the user to avoid unwanted repairs while minimizing risks to employees of exposure to chemical products.  Six DICE units were recently installed at a municipal plant for sodium hypochlorite where the end-user had concerns about leaks.

Anyone that designs, fabricates, or operates a chemical dosing skid knows that leaks are an issue.  The leaks typically come from threaded, improperly glued joints, or incorrect design of the skid system.  System complexity is another issue addressed by the DICE Dosing Module.
