DICE Dosing Module—New Innovative Skid System

December 8, 2020 – The Woodlands, TX – The DICE Dosing Module was designed to address the prevailing pain point in the chemical dosing industry—the leaks!

Anyone that designs, fabricates, or operates a chemical dosing skid knows that leaks are an issue.  The leaks typically come from threaded, improperly glued joints, or incorrect design of the skid system.  System complexity is another issue addressed by the DICE Dosing Module.  Large complex systems are difficult to design, startup, and maintain.

The DICE Dosing Module solution is to take all the essential components in a chemical dosing system and integrate them inside a block.  They eliminated all the threaded and glued connections and shifted from a custom system perspective to a standard product that features all the system essential needs that allow the right amount of chemical in the process.

The DICE Dosing Module is available in PMMA (Acrylic), PVC, PVDF, and SS block materials.
