SWM (Delstar)—New Polycarbonate Tube Offering

November 17, 2020 – The Woodlands, TX – Polycarbonate is a versatile and reliable material that has the impact resistance of plastic and the clarity of glass.  Polycarbonate is an incredibly useful industrial material that is highly resistant to many very demanding applications as it is largely unaffected by humidity changes, greases, oils and acids.  Clear polycarbonate tubes can be used in many rough duty applications where an acrylic tube would not be suitable such as for use in sight glasses, medical devices, food chutes, pressure chambers, or for heavier products.

SWM is pleased to offer new stock offerings in additional metric sizes in Polycarbonate and PEEK tube.  Additionally they expanded their sizes in polycarbonate tube (now stocking polycarbonate tube in sizes 3/8”—2 1/2” and metric sizes 1mm—15mm).
